SouqMetrics connects to advertising platforms through official APIs with user authorization. All integrations are read-only. We do not create, modify, or manage ads.

SouqMetrics is a unified analytics platform that helps e-commerce businesses and marketing teams monitor their sales and advertising performance across platforms including Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
We collect account information (name, email, business name), advertising performance data (campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) from connected platforms via official APIs, and e-commerce data (order totals, channel attribution) from connected Shopify stores. All integrations are read-only.
Data is used exclusively to display dashboards and reports, calculate metrics such as ROAS and CPA, show performance trends, and compare advertising performance across channels. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose outside of providing the SouqMetrics service.
SouqMetrics accesses Google Ads data solely for reporting and analytics. We access campaign-level performance metrics in read-only mode. No personally identifiable Google user data is accessed. Users can disconnect Google Ads at any time.
SouqMetrics connects to Meta Ads via the official Meta Marketing API with user authorization. We access campaign and ad-level performance data in read-only mode. We do not access private messages or personal profiles.
SouqMetrics connects to TikTok Ads via the official TikTok Business API with user authorization. We access campaign-level performance metrics in read-only mode for reporting purposes only.
SouqMetrics connects to Shopify stores via the official Shopify API with user authorization. We access order data to calculate revenue attribution and channel performance.
Data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL-based infrastructure on AWS). Access is restricted by workspace ownership. OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted. Only authorized backend services can access stored credentials.
Users can disconnect any platform at any time. Upon disconnection, access tokens are revoked. Users may request full data deletion by contacting hello@souqmetrics.co. Data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

These Terms of Service govern your use of SouqMetrics. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
SouqMetrics is a read-only analytics platform. It does not create, modify, or manage advertising campaigns or store listings on behalf of users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
By connecting platforms (Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), you authorize SouqMetrics to access the data described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any platform at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or violate the terms of any connected platform.
SouqMetrics displays data as provided by connected platforms. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.
SouqMetrics is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
